3. User Accounts & Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Registration requires accurate, complete, and truthful information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• You may request account deletion by contacting us
• Terminated accounts cannot be reactivated

4. House Plans & Digital Products

4.1 Purchase & Delivery

• House plans are sold as digital downloads (PDF format)
• Plans are delivered immediately after payment confirmation
• Access is granted for lifetime personal use only
• Plans cannot be resold, shared, or used commercially without written permission

4.2 Intellectual Property Rights

• All house plans are copyrighted material owned by Craft N Work or licensed architects
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify plans without explicit written consent
• Unauthorized commercial use will result in legal action and account termination
• Users grant us the right to display their projects on our portfolio (with consent)

4.3 Customization Services

• Custom design services require a separate consultation and agreement
• Pricing varies based on complexity and modifications requested
• Timeline for custom designs is typically 15-30 days
• All custom designs remain our property until full payment is received

5. Labour Booking Services

5.1 Labour Verification

• All labour providers on our platform are verified for skills and credentials
• However, we do not guarantee 100% absence of risk
• Users assume responsibility for verifying credentials before hiring
• Background checks are performed to the best of our ability

5.2 Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance (where possible)
• Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled work: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-shows by customer: Labour charges are non-refundable
• Labour cancellation by provider: Full refund or alternative labour provided

5.3 Payment & Pricing

• Labour rates are fixed per sqft, per point, or per day as listed
• Payment must be made before or on the day of work
• Additional charges apply for work beyond agreed scope
• Overtime rates (if applicable) will be communicated in advance
• All prices include GST (18%)

5.4 Quality Assurance

• Work quality is guaranteed per industry standards
• If quality issues arise, we will send the same team for corrections within 7 days
• Major defects reported after 30 days cannot be covered under warranty
• Warranty period: 1 year for Standard, 2 years for Premium, 3 years for Luxury packages

6. Construction Materials

6.1 Product Information

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate but not guaranteed
• We strive to keep inventory updated; however, stock status may vary
• Prices are subject to change without notice

6.2 Delivery

• Materials are delivered within the agreed timeframe (typically 3-7 business days)
• Delivery charges are calculated based on location and weight
• Free delivery available for orders above ₹50,000 (within service area)
• Customer must be available at delivery address; re-delivery charges apply if missed

6.3 Damaged/Defective Materials

• Inspect materials immediately upon delivery
• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence
• Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be processed
• We will either replace or refund damaged materials at our discretion

7. Full Construction Solutions

7.1 Scope & Timeline

• Full construction projects require a detailed written agreement
• Timeline depends on project size and site conditions (typically 8-12 months)
• Work progresses in stages with payment milestones
• Site delays caused by customers are not our responsibility

7.2 Payment Terms

• 10% advance payment required to start the project
• 80% paid in stages as work progresses
• 10% final payment due upon project completion
• Installment plans available (subject to approval)

7.3 Site Conditions & Variations

• Costs are based on site survey; hidden conditions (soil, rock, water) may increase costs
• Additional charges will be communicated and approved before proceeding
• Structural changes requested by customers incur additional costs
• We are not responsible for delays due to government approvals or permits

7.4 Project Completion & Warranty

• Project is considered complete when all agreed work is done and inspected
• Minor touch-ups are our responsibility
• Structural defects are covered under 3-year warranty from completion
• Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty

8. Pricing & Payment

8.1 Pricing Policy

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Promotional discounts are valid for the stated period only
• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

8.2 Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet
• Payment gateway provider: Razorpay (secured and encrypted)
• Payments are processed securely; we do not store card details
• Payment failures are communicated immediately; please try again or contact support

8.3 Invoices & Receipts

• Digital invoices are sent to your registered email address
• GST invoices are provided for all B2B transactions
• Invoices cannot be modified after 7 days of issuance

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to:

• Use abusive, offensive, or threatening language
• Provide false information in registration or payment
• Attempt to hack, access, or disrupt our systems
• Post spam, phishing links, or malicious content
• Share others' personal information without consent
• Resell or redistribute digital products (house plans)
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent policies

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Third-party claims or disputes
• Project delays beyond our control
• Site conditions or geological issues
• Government approval delays or permit issues
• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Labour disputes or labour unavailability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
