• If labour cancels: Full refund or alternative labour provided
• No charges to customer
• We will reschedule work at no additional cost

• If work quality is below standards, report within 7 days
• Our team will re-inspect and provide corrective work if needed
• Major issues: Partial refund after inspection

5. Full Construction Projects

5.1 Refund Policy

• Pre-Construction (No Work Started): 100% refund of advance
• Work Started (5-10% complete): 80% refund after deducting costs incurred
• Beyond 10% Completion: Refund not applicable; project termination costs apply

• Labour costs incurred: Non-refundable
• Materials purchased: Non-refundable (customer can take ownership)
• Administrative/planning costs: 5-10% of amount paid
